Each 3-night 4-day fitness and wellness adventure at the WAVE will re-energise your body and spirit. Whether you want to get on track for a new healthier self or simply enjoy the company of like-minded people being active in a beautiful location this is for you. These aren’t just another retreat they are an adventure in discovering a new land and a new you.

The 3-night 4-day adventures are renowned for their high quality food and accommodation in beautiful locations. People will get a fantastic sense of the local culture and history while on these adventures.

Included in the package price are 3 nights accommodation, with breakfast, lunch and dinner. We use local produce cooked to a very high standard with all the health benefits of that. Our group nutrition coaching session will ensure you leave with a knowledge of good eating for life living.  All exercise classes such as ViPR, Beach Bootcamp, Circuit Training, Yoga and organised activities such as hiking, kayaking, coasteering,  and guided adventures are included. Guides, transport to and from activities, as well as any demonstrations are all included.

Transport to and from closest airports are also included.

Additional services outside of retreat activities are available. Depending on the location these include massage, seaweed baths, facials, one-to-one nutrition coaching, one-to-one personal training.


  • Rise at 6:30am morning stretch/yoga/beach bootcamp/ViPR/Circuit Training
  • Breakfast at Castlemurray
  • Hike over One Man’s Pass at Slieve Liag with packed lunch
  • Light class on return then chill or therapy.
  • Dinner at Castle Murray using local ingredients in season.
  • Traditional Irish music session in local pub.
