 Each 7-night 8-day fitness and wellness adventure at the WAVE will re-energise your body and spirit.  This isn’t just another weight loss retreat this is an adventure in discovering a new you.

The 7-night 8-day adventures are not only about taking part in great group exercise classes and activities or eating delicious healthy locally produced food in beautiful locations, they are about immersion into the local culture of the Wild Atlantic Way. You will feel the power of the ocean and land coursing through your veins so much that people leave us saying they feel more creative, more determined, more positive.

Included in the package price are 7 nights accommodation, with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our group nutrition coaching session will ensure you leave with a knowledge of good eating for life living. Our one-to-one nutrition session will make it specific to you. All exercise classes such as ViPR, Beach Bootcamp, Circuit Training, Yoga and organised activities such as hiking, kayaking, sea stack climbing, coasteering, and guided adventures are included. Guides, transport to and from activities, as well as any demonstrations are all included. If you want your adventure to include weight loss that’s great. If you don’t that’s great. This is YOUR adventure.

Transport to and from closest airports are also included.

Additional services outside of retreat activities are available. Depending on the location these include massage, seaweed baths, facials, one-to-one nutrition coaching, one-to-one personal training.
